Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B sales.
• Experience in software, SaaS or tech-led businesses.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, renewals and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key software solution accounts.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and success planning sessions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell software and services.
• Manage renewals and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.
