We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to cover the Irish and UK markets, responsible for selling Microsoft Platform Management (MPM) solutions to named accounts. This is a remote role with travel to client sites as needed. Experience with SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid solutions is highly valued.

The main objective is to drive pipeline and revenue growth, increasing market share within a set of accounts in Ireland and the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Generate business through outreach to new prospects via cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with customers and channel partners to identify sales opportunities.
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing plans using a value-based approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers based on knowledge of Quest’s offerings.
  • Acquire new customers and support existing ones.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Quest’s products and services.
  • Create and execute targeted account campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with pre-sales, inside sales, sales development, and services teams.
  • Manage shifting priorities while meeting customer needs.
  • Partner with channel and alliance teams to increase opportunities and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver business justifications and executive summaries to decision-makers.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years’ experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology and daily application.
  • Motivated, target-driven, with a proven sales record.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to create tailored presentations and develop strategic relationships.
Preferred
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree.
