Searchability is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own quality within the project team, taking a hands-on lead across test planning, automation, execution and continuous improvement. As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll own quality within your project team, this means taking on a hands‑on role across test planning, automation, execution and continuous improvement.
You will be designing and maintaining automated test scripts, help develop the wider automation framework and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. As part of your role you will also cover areas including regression, performance, load and wider non-functional testing.
Alongside hands‑on delivery, as a Senior you’ll coach other QA Engineers and work closely with Developers to embed a quality‑first approach throughout the software development lifecycle.
Experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, JUnit or TestNG
Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design and execution
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Strong debugging, analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience coaching or mentoring other QA Engineers
