As a Software Product Development Manager, your vision will help shape the future of our Player Account Management platform and keep us an industry leader.

You will join our Software Product Development department, building bespoke in‑house technology from the ground up and managing massive scale, high concurrency, and real‑time data.

Stepping into this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide clear direction to our development teams, overseeing the entire product life‑cycle. The focus will be on that development and enhancement of our platform to meet evolving user needs and wider business mandates.

This role is eligible for inclusion in our hybrid working from home policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and customer trend analysis to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate on the development and refinement of product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch.
• Produce effective product requirements and provide real‑time consultancy to development teams.
• Prioritise workload to ensure timely delivery and maximum value.
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touch point.
