You will guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the platform meets evolving user needs and business goals.

You will drive continuous improvement, leverage AI to enhance delivery, and oversee strategy, roadmaps and stakeholder collaboration in a high-scale, real-time environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer-facing digital products.
• Track record of launching products and driving continuous improvement.
• Background in delivering mobile app products and services.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles and user research.
• Experience with onboarding/verification in account management.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.
• Understanding of the gambling industry and customer account management.
• Technical experience using AI to support product development.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear direction to development teams.
• Develop and refine product strategy and roadmap.
• Produce effective product requirements and provide real-time consultancy to engineering teams.
• Prioritise workload to ensure timely delivery and maximum value.
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
• Monitor products using defined KPIs and adjust as needed.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
