Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Software Product Development Manager to shape the future of our Player Account Management platform. You will guide cross-functional teams across development, design and analytics to manage the product lifecycle with a focus on scale, reliability, and user-focused improvements.

You will lead strategy, roadmap and execution for customer-facing digital products, including onboarding and verification workflows, and apply AI insights to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Job Description

As a Software Product Development Manager, your vision will help to shape the future of our Player Account Management platform and ensure we remain an industry leader.

You will join our Software Product Development department, where we build our bespoke, in-house technology from the ground up and handle massive scale, high concurrency, and real-time data.

Stepping into this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear direction to our development teams to oversee the entire product lifecycle. The continuous development and enhancement of our platform will be your focus, ensuring we meet evolving user needs and wider business objectives.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
