Software Engineering Team Lead / Technical Scrum Master
IntaPeople is supporting a fast-growing Fintech based in Cardiff. Due to growth, they require an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join their high-performing, cross-functional team. Candidates with a Software Engineering background (ideally in Java, but not essential) and experience managing technical teams are preferred.
You will be responsible for maintaining deliverables, championing AGILE, and running sprint/scrum meetings weekly/monthly. Partnering with Product Owners, you will plan and execute high-priority deliverables while fostering continuous improvement and a positive team culture.
Skills at a glance:
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will promote AGILE practices, support skills development, and provide project visibility and updates to ensure timely delivery and go-live.
While this role is 'hands-off', programming experience is preferred for effective communication and troubleshooting.
