This role offers a blend of technical leadership, hands-on coding, product direction, and team mentoring in a strategic and execution-focused position.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software products
• Drive technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platform
• Guide and mentor a talented team of developers, inspiring growth and innovation
• Champion best practices: clean code standards, robust testing, scalable architecture
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven technologies
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity enhancement
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features

Experience:

• Experience in startup/SME environments
• 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in leadership or senior technical roles
