This role combines technical leadership, hands-on coding, product strategy, and team mentoring in a strategic and execution-focused position.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software products.
2. Drive technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platform.
3. Guide and mentor talented developers, fostering growth, curiosity, and innovation.
4. Champion best practices: define and enforce clean code standards, testing, and scalable architecture.
5. Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development technologies.
6. Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity enhancement.
7. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

Experience:

1. Experience working in a startup/SME environment.
2. 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in leadership or senior technical roles.
3. Proven experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
4. Deep understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
5. Experience in SaaS or enterprise application development.
