We’re partnered with a well-established, tech-driven business investing heavily in engineering as they continue to scale both their retail and digital platforms.
They’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-skilled team delivering a critical retail platform used across a large estate.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing engineers and Tech Leads
- Driving delivery and continuous improvement
- Managing stakeholders and aligning priorities
- Setting technical direction alongside senior engineers
- Embedding strong engineering practices

- Cloud experience (AWS ideal)
