The opportunity

Birchwell Associates is supporting a growing technology business in the search for a Software Engineering Manager. This role will suit an experienced engineering leader who can combine people management, delivery ownership and sound technical judgement.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary software engineering team, work closely with product and senior stakeholders and help create the structure, standards and environment needed for engineers to deliver high-quality software consistently.
