Socium is seeking a Software Engineer in a remote-first environment with an office day per quarter. You will contribute to feature development and API integrations, while gradually taking on more responsibility as you move toward a senior role over the next 18–24 months.

Mentoring and coaching will support your growth, with a focus on delivering quality code and scalable solutions. The role offers remote flexibility, a collaborative engineering culture, and regular opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience building software with C# and .NET.
• Ability to understand and navigate an existing codebase.
• Strong communication and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build features and API integrations across new and existing systems.
• Take ownership from problem definition to testing and deployment.
• Improve existing code and tackle technical debt while delivering new work.
• Collaborate with Product, QA and engineers to review approaches and solve problems.
