Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking software engineers to join our High Integrity Software team in New Malden. You will contribute to safety-critical software across Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Automotive and Energy sectors, ensuring projects meet customers’ high expectations.

Join a diverse team of experienced engineers focused on meeting industry standards and delivering reliable systems for critical national infrastructures. This onsite role requires five days in the office.

Your profile

• Strong knowledge of the whole safety critical software development life cycle.
• Expertise in either requirements, development or test.
• Experience in at least one of the following markets: aerospace, transport, defence, rail, automotive.
• Experience with Spark/Software Language ADA.
• Experience of applying relevant standards such as 61508, 50128, 26262, 00-55, ED-109, DO-178 etc.
• Organised, good time management and prioritisation
• Methodical approach to work, with good attention to details and strong logic and reasoning skill

Desirable

• Degree qualified in software engineering or related/relevant subject.
• Experience in at least one of the following markets: aerospace, transport, defence, rail, automotive.
• Knowledge and experience in static analysis techniques
