Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape MBSE and Systems Engineering across defence and aerospace. You will lead transformations, engage stakeholders to refine requirements, and apply industry frameworks to improve engineering processes.

You will mentor teams, contribute to capability growth, and support business development. The role requires experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE, SysML, and modelling tools, with a degree in Engineering or related field.

Our senior consultants are expected to contribute significantly to sales support, the improvement of Capgemini Engineering’s systems engineering capability, and to networking across the systems engineering community to develop their reputation as experts in their chosen field.

Your Profile

• Experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of systems engineering frameworks, SysML, and modelling tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or similar.
• Understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
