Job summary

Jobtailor in Belfast is seeking a software engineering graduate for a development internship. You will contribute to Visa-like enterprise-class solutions and gain exposure to multiple facets of the software development lifecycle within an Agile team.

You will work across product lanes, apply TDD, CI/CD practices, and grow through Visa’s technical community. Graduates from 2029 onward are encouraged to apply for this entry-level role.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record with a 2:1 or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduating no earlier than 2029.
• Strong coding ability in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, or C++.
• Passion for software engineering and desire to learn new tools and technologies.
• Analytical ability to translate and communicate technical requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration within an agile team.
• Software engineering experience from an internship, work, coding competitions or publications is a plus.
