Epos Now is expanding its Engineering team in Norwich. We are seeking a Software Engineer to own and deliver features for the Embedded Accountancy project, integrating financial workflows into our global retail platform.

You will work with a squad of engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable systems, with emphasis on backend performance, APIs, and data integrity. Norwich Head Office proximity is expected, with opportunities to learn from senior technical leaders.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a Software Engineer with OO programming foundations.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop, test, and implement core engineering features for the Embedded Accountancy project.
• Maintain code quality, optimize backend logic, and ensure data integrity across financial integration systems.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to support the engineering pipeline.
