Qualifications

• 5+ years' commercial experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Experience building and deploying applications within AWS.
• Understanding of modern software engineering practices, including Agile delivery and CI/CD.
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.

Location: Plymouth, Bristol, Manchester, Cheltenham, or London (Remote-first, 2 days a month on any site)

Salary: Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
