We're partnering with a long-established technology business building modern platforms at the heart of a complex, highly regulated domain. With continued growth across their product suite, they're now looking for three Senior Java Software Engineers to join their engineering teams.
This is a hands-on Senior Engineering role working on large-scale, business-critical systems, within an organisation that genuinely values engineering craft, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Agile and XP practices are embedded across the engineering function, with a strong focus on TDD, pairing, continuous integration and shared ownership.
You'll join a cross-functional Scrum team alongside Product Managers, UX Designers, Test Analysts and fellow Engineers, taking ownership of features from initial idea through to production.
At Senior level, you'll also play an important role in mentoring other Developers, sharing knowledge and raising engineering standards across the team.
You'll be encouraged to challenge existing approaches, contribute ideas and have a genuine influence on both technical direction and how the team works.
They're looking for an experienced Java Engineer who combines strong technical ability with a collaborative approach to software development.
