Job summary

Nationwide's Internet Banking engineering team is seeking a Front-End React Engineer to build and enhance customer-facing journeys used by millions of members to manage their finances online.

You will work with product teams, designers and engineers to deliver accessible, secure and high-quality React applications, whilst contributing to the modernisation of our digital platform. The role supports flexible working and a hybrid approach across the UK.

Join our Internet Banking engineering team and help shape the future of Nationwide's digital banking experience. As primarily a Front-End React Engineer, you'll build and enhance customer-facing journeys that millions of members rely on to manage their finances online. Working alongside product teams, designers and engineers, you'll develop accessible, secure and high-quality React applications that deliver real value to customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies and contributing to the modernisation of one of Nationwide's most important digital platforms. The role will focus on modern front-end engineering practices including React, TypeScript, testing and continuous delivery.
