What You'll Be Doing

As a Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building and maintaining reliable, scalable software solutions that support critical business services.

This role has a strong backend focus, working primarily with Java and Spring Boot, while also providing opportunities to contribute across the wider technology stack, including frontend development.

Working as part of a cross-functional agile team, you will:

  • Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.
  • Deliver features from concept and development through to deployment and support.
  • Build scalable APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Contribute to frontend development using Vue.js where required.
  • Develop and maintain applications and services using Node.js.
  • Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Delivery teams.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automation and DevOps practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues and continually improve system performance, reliability and maintainability.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
