The Software Engineer will lead technical development and delivery at the team and sometimes lab level. They may act as a Line Manager, co-leading with the Team PO for overall delivery, responsible for technical delivery, line management, and app ownership alongside their software engineering duties. Others will operate as individual contributors, specializing in particular technology areas with a narrower focus.
