Senior Software Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help build and enhance our 3D Cloud platform. This role is open to remote applicants and involves implementing new services safely, maintaining operational excellence, and responding to issues promptly.

This is a full-stack position with a primary focus on web technologies and containerized services. You will work with enterprise customers, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor other developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
• Develop, architect, document, and modify projects using languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Integrate with internal teams to implement new services for our 3D Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to deliver B2B solutions.
• Stay current with development technologies and recommend best practices, focusing on security and data privacy.
• Improve code quality through automation and code reviews.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.

Qualifications and Skills

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in full-stack development with front-end frameworks (Angular, React) and back-end services (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• 3+ years experience with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with observability tools and improving system reliability.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices, API development, and enterprise integration patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• GCP experience.
• Understanding of containerization technologies.
• Experience with front-end web development.
• Background in the Retail, Manufacturing, or Distribution sectors.
• Experience with 3D graphics.
