Qualifications

• 4–5 years across Software and Platform Engineering.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Proven track record delivering software into customer environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Job description

I'm partnered with an innovative technology business that's transforming the way data is captured and managed. They're looking for a Software DevOps Engineer to act as the technical bridge between Engineering, Product and customers, ensuring software is deployed successfully and tailored to each client's environment.

This role is ideal for someone who's built a strong foundation in software engineering, gained exposure to Platform/DevOps practices, and enjoys taking ownership of technical delivery while working closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver and configure software within customer environments
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive successful implementations
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language
• Own delivery milestones from initial planning through to go-live
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and proactively drive solutions

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Healthcare Industry
• Around 4-5 years' experience across Software Engineering and Platform Engineering
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and Terraform
• A track record of delivering software into customer environments and managing technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, ownership-focused mindset

This is a remote position with fortnightly visits to a London office, offering £65K-£80K dependant on experience.
