In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Derivatives Trading, providing technical leadership to a team of 10 developers and testers in London and Ukraine. The ideal candidate is passionate about software design, DevOps, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture and design of the team’s technology stack.
• Line management and team optimization.
• Collaborate on application direction with the Head of Derivatives Trading.
• Define strategic roadmaps with development leads.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence.
• Engage with business users and QA to define requirements and updates.
• Maintain production-grade systems and documentation.
• Establish and enforce software development best practices.
• Lead sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder communication.
• Prioritize and prepare stories and bugs for development cycles.
• Resolve support issues professionally and promptly.
• Promote cross-team collaboration and shared initiatives.
