You will lead and contribute hands-on to the success of the team, collaborating with EDO, ITG and partners to deliver data solutions and software applications for investment strategies and market growth.

• Proven track record delivering solutions in complex organizations.
• Experience with AWS, Databricks, DBT, PySpark, React, Terraform.
• Experience with AI/ML/GenAI/LLM is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT to develop and promote our content delivery data solutions.
• Translates stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
• A manager you will impact the product, architecture, software design and engineering.
• With a focus on intuitive front‑end creation, robust backend frameworks and strong data design.
• Lead, mentor and develop the team using industry best practices in engineering, data and AI.
• Set engineering standards, contribute directly to complex code and problem solving.
• You are a manager and will guide the team of individual contributors by setting expectations and monitoring their progress.
• Manage a globally dispersed team (primarily with associates in Southern California and contractors in X, Y, Z) and contribute input to scale a global organization through resourcing/location strategy.
