Job summary

Indegene is seeking a Technical Project Manager to act as the single point of contact between brand teams and delivery units. You will coordinate across onsite, offshore, and client teams to drive successful delivery of content and campaigns in a high-volume environment.

You will partner with Activation Leads to translate approved demand into scoped project plans, oversee QA, and manage risks, SLAs, and budgets. Travel to client offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in digital marketing operations, content/campaign delivery, or client services.
• 5+ years in pharma/healthcare industry required.
• Experience in a high-volume content factory or shared-services model.
• Proven ability to manage offshore delivery teams and onsite coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as tactical and technical delivery owner for end-to-end delivery across content and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Activation Lead and offshore teams; manage handoffs, QA, dependencies.
• Serve as on-ground client contact for governance, escalations, and status updates.
• Validate briefs for completeness and gatekeep intake into production.
• Maintain trackers, rate cards, and retainer logs; report spend and KPIs.
• Provide visibility into project status and operational metrics to stakeholders.
