Job summary

A leading training provider in West London is looking for an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship Coach to guide and support apprentices through their training. This role focuses on one-to-one coaching, tailoring methods to meet individual needs and ensuring the successful progression of apprentices. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 3 teaching qualification and industry experience in software development.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role.
• Ideally hold a relevant industry qualification.
• Proficient in adapting coaching methods to individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship.

Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. Ideally, you will hold a relevant industry qualification.
