SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SKILLS COACH/ASSESSOR - £38-45,000 - REMOTE WORKING

Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships? This could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role, or relevant industry experience. Ideally, you will hold a relevant industry qualification.

As a Software Development Coach, your overall goal will be coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression throughout the journey. The role requires adapting to different working methods, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. This role will mainly involve one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
