Job summary

Parker Shaw is recruiting a Software Developer with strong Oracle HCM Payroll expertise to support payroll processing, runbooks, retrospective calculations and related development activities in the UK. You will develop Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, use SQL/PLSQL, OTBI/BI reporting and work with Oracle Fusion/Cloud apps.

Experience with HDL/HSDL, fast formula and HDL-related tools within a corporate services or shared services environment is highly desirable.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Software Developer experienced in Oracle HCM Payroll. The role requires a strong understanding of Oracle payroll processing, payroll runbooks, retrospective payroll calculations/processes, payroll tables and associated development activities.

Candidates must have experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, SQL and PLSQL.

Essential:

• E xperience of Oracle Cloud applications, fast formula, payroll, and integrations.

• Oracle Fusion is what will be work ed with.

• Have experience of OTBI/BI reporting.

• Can investigate and problem solve issues.

• Have experience of working in a corporate services or shared services environment.

The post holder will be expected to understand some or all the following functionality:

• Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL/AD), OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC.
