NBI Partnership is seeking a facilities support operative to undertake caretaking, porter duties, maintenance, cleaning and event setup across the Norwich Research Park. You will contribute to keeping buildings safe, clean and well maintained for staff and visitors.

The post is full-time, permanent, with a pro-rata salary in the range £24,455 to £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include pension and leave as described.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities support is preferred.
• Excellent general physical fitness and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures.

Provide facilities support including caretaking duties, porter services, maintenance works, cleaning, and event setups across the Norwich Research Park to ensure buildings are safe, clean and in good repair.

Based on the Norwich Research Park amongst 230 hectares of parkland, you will be joining a committed, professional and welcoming team.
