Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Soft Play Team Leader to oversee the play area, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and assist parents with their needs. You will lead a friendly team within our pubs, delivering memorable service and coordinating children's Birthday parties.

The role emphasizes delivering high standards of play, customer care, and a collaborative team culture across Greene King’s hospitality brands.

As a Soft Play Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs.
