Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Soft FM Supervisor to lead our cleaning and facilities team at Leuchars Station. The role is permanent full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 08:00–15:30 shifts.

You will support the cleaning team, manage stores and COSHH materials, conduct safety checks, escort contractors, and deliver on-the-job training. We offer on-site parking, uniform, meal discounts, and access to our benefits app.

Qualifications

• Lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
• Must pass security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the cleaning team during high demand periods, including holiday cover and peak workloads.
• Conduct waste management checks and coordinate with site contractors.
• Manage stores operations and issue materials and equipment.
• Carry out routine health and safety inspections.
• Escort contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with site regulations.
• Deliver staff training and guidance as required.
• Perform cleaning assurance checks.
• Issue equipment and maintain control of COSHH materials.

Pay rate: £13.75 per hour (£25,110.66 per annum)
Contract type: Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week, working pattern Monday - Friday

What you'll do:

• Carry out routine health and safety inspections.
• Escort contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with site regulations and safety procedures.
• Deliver staff training and guidance as required.
• Perform cleaning assurance checks.
• Issue equipment and maintain control of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) materials.

What we're looking for:

• Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential - we'll train you!
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
• A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
