Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Chef at Leuchars Station to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. You will deliver silver service catering for events, follow recipes, and help train new team members.

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Deliver silver service-level catering for hospitality events.
• Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support and train new team members.
• Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records.
• Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
• Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines.

Location: Leuchars Station, Fife, KY16 0JX
Salary: £24,325.383 - £27,880.04
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 - 40 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends and evenings)
Typical shift times: Early Shift: 06:00 – 13:30 and Late Shift: 11:30 – 19:00
