Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Estates & Facilities supervisor to co-supervise Soft FM services at Monk Moor Court, Hereford. You will oversee cleaning, catering and linen/laundry where applicable, and deputise for the Site Supervisor while acting as the primary point of contact for staff and patients.

You will roster Soft FM teams, ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety, and support the Estates team to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent
• CEBOSH / NEBOSH certificate (willing to complete on the job)
• Experience in NHS environment desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the site to an excellent standard of cleanliness.
• Receive, check and distribute goods delivered to site.
• Ensure food service to wards is delivered timely and appropriately.
• Roster staff to ensure adequate cover and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
• Provide Soft FM support and advice as required.
• May undertake cleaning and food preparation duties as part of the FM team.
• Role involves patient contact.
