Job summary

Renfrewshire Council is recruiting Facilities Operatives to deliver a high quality Soft FM service in schools across Renfrewshire. The role covers cleaning, catering, school crossing patrol, security and related services with a flexible, customer-focused approach.

Part-time, 20 hours per week, permanent post. Literacy, numeracy and IT skills are essential; REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is required or willingness to work towards it. Disclosure Scotland check may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Experience in Soft FM or similar environment is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver soft facilities management services across schools, including cleaning and catering.
• Provide school crossing patrol and security support where required.
• Work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.
• Maintain customer-focused standards and participate in training.
