Job summary

University College London Students' Union - UCL is seeking an organised events professional to plan and run a variety of student events, coordinate volunteers and support clubs, societies and volunteering programmes.

The role is a permanent contract, based at Bloomsbury with a flexible 40/60 hybrid arrangement (40% in the office). We will consider applications to work part-time, flexible and job-share arrangements wherever possible.

Do you have experience in organising and managing a variety of events; or enabling volunteers to deliver events? Do you have Knowledge and understanding of student activities programmes including clubs, societies and volunteering? Our ideal candidate will have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and busy workload, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people and be committed to working in a democratic and student led environment.
