Job summary

This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with work across various football facilities across London.

The role is a full time and fixed term contract until 31 December 2026. The role will involve some evening and weekend work to support event delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Support the celebrations of UCL's 200th anniversary through high-quality event delivery.
  • Deliver excellent project management for events and programmes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue, catering, transport, and technical requirements.
  • Assist with budget tracking and procurement where required.
  • Support evening and weekend event delivery as needed.
