Job summary

Knowsley Council is recruiting a Social Worker for the Young Peoples Team to support older Looked after Children preparing for Leaving Care and Care Leavers 18+. You’ll work to improve placement stability, collaborate with care-experience teams, and help young people progress toward independence.

Liquid Personnel are in partnership with Knowsley Council to recruit a Social Worker within their Young Peoples Team working with older Looked after Children to prepare them for Leaving Care and also supporting Care Leavers 18+ with things like housing and education etc. Are you a Qualified Social Worker? What will your responsibilities be?

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • Hold a Social Work England registration.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
