Job summary

Liquid Personnel Limited is recruiting a Team Manager for a Stroud-based charity. The role focuses on Early Help/Early Intervention with a mix of on-site management and remote supervision of staff.

You will lead 6 personnel (3 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers), ensure safeguarding and DBS compliance, and drive service delivery to families under the Early Help service model.

Qualifications

• Social Work England registration is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Post-qualified experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage 6 staff (3 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers).
• Oversee Early Help/Early Intervention service delivery.
• On-site management 4 days per week with supervision of remote staff.
• Lead team performance, DBS compliance and safeguarding practices.

• Focus: Delivering early intervention support rather than long-term social work
• Extension: Contract may be extended
• Management Responsibility: Managing 3 remote Social Workers
• Management Responsibility: Managing 3 Support Workers
• Total Staff Managed: 6 staff members (3 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers)
• Working Pattern: Required to be on-site 4 days per week
• Nature of Role: Team Manager position within an Early Help/Early Intervention service
• Location: Stroud-based charity
• Working Style: Combination of on-site management and supervision of remote staff members

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
