Job Role:

This role involves working within two substance misuse service teams, training and advising substance misuse workers, managing a small caseload of individuals with multiple disadvantages, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings across partners to enhance the independence and wellbeing of residents and the community. A positive approach to individuals with substance misuse issues is essential.

Sirona Medical will supply the Social Worker on an agency contract. This is a full-time agency position.

Requirements include a degree in Social Work, at least 2 years of post-qualified experience, experience working with individuals with physical disabilities and sensory impairments, and Social Work England Registration.
