Sirona Medical Social Work department is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding Team on an agency basis.

Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join our agency team. The role involves acting as a safeguarding officer within the adult safeguarding team, with experience in completing Section 42 enquiries and initial triage of safeguarding concerns. Understanding of Section 42 of the Care Act is essential. The role requires assessing risk and working under pressure.

Qualifications

• BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Social Work England Registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
