Job summary

You will complete evidence-informed assessments, maintain professional records, and participate in supervision while contributing to a wider service with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in child-centred reunification assessments.
• Ability to work flexibly including some evenings and weekends.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for reports and court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Undertake high-quality, child-centred reunification assessments for children and young people.
• Conduct direct work with families to understand relationships and parenting capacity.
• Provide clear written assessments and reports for statutory decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of case activity and professional decisions.
• Collaborate with Social Care colleagues and partner agencies for coordinated planning.
• Proactively engage in supervision and contribute to the wider work of the All About The Family Service.
• Manage an allocated workload with priorities based on the needs of children and families.
• Work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
