We're delighted to offer an exciting locum opportunity for an experienced and solutions-focused Social Worker to join the Referral and Assessment team in Bromley . This full-time role pays £38.50 per hour and provides the chance to deliver meaningful support to children and families without the burden of management duties-allowing you to focus on making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct timely and comprehensive initial assessments of referrals, often in collaboration with Police Child Abuse and Investigation Teams .

Manage a varied caseload including Child Protection , Children in Need , and Looked After Children .

Address complex cases involving No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) and develop well-structured, needs-led plans.

Work directly with children, families, and professionals to gather information and create meaningful interventions.

Maintain high standards of documentation and case recording in line with Bromley's policies and procedures.
