GENERAL PURPOSE
The social worker assigned to the Strong Ties Clinic is responsible for providing immediate psychosocial assessment and social work treatment to individuals who are severely and persistently mentally ill. This is provided through participation on an interdisciplinary team designed to provide comprehensive community based psychiatric care. The social worker functions as a crisis intervention worker for patients enrolled at Strong Ties, providing direct clinical service including individual, family and/or group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and community outreach.

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
