Location: Kingston Upon Thames

Pay Rate: £31.31 per hour

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team of our client. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health to review supported living placements, often in collaboration with health partners.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate patients’ mental health status, identifying needs, strengths, and areas for intervention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Respond to mental health crises with immediate support and intervention.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
