Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be working in a supportive team environment with opportunities to develop skills in undertaking assessments and formulating care plans.
• Have access to a supportive management infrastructure with experience for advice and decision making.
• Gain experience of working within a multi-agency setting with other services.
• Have access to post-qualifying training and wider training courses.
• Have access to monthly supervision and peer reflection sessions.
• Benefit from flexible and agile working arrangements, including the option to take flexi leave.
