Overview

Social Worker - MASH Team in Wokingham. This locum position offers a three-month assignment within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. Hourly rate £38.97. Full-time schedule in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various agencies within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to ensure effective communication and decision-making
• Conduct assessments of children and families to identify needs and determine appropriate interventions
• Manage a caseload efficiently, prioritising urgent cases
• Provide consultation and advice to partner agencies as part of the safeguarding process
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of information in line with council policy and procedures
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of safeguarding legislation to protect children and support families effectively
