As a Social Worker in MASH, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children and families.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities to assess complex situations and develop appropriate interventions.
