Lincolnshire County Council's Hospital Social Work Team at Lincoln County Hospital is looking for a Level 1 Social Worker to join a busy, supportive hospital environment. The role offers 37 hours per week on a permanent basis, with opportunities to work across multiple sites in Northern Lincolnshire and Goole hospitals.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Level 1 Social Worker to join our Hospital Social Work Team based at Lincoln County Hospital. Our team also supports patients across Northern Lincolnshire and Goole hospitals, including Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Hull and Goole, working closely with health colleagues to ensure safe, person-centred discharges.

Our service also operates a weekend and Bank Holiday working rota, currently one weekend in five.
When you work a weekend, you will receive a day off during the week, helping to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
