Job summary

Oxfordshire County Council's Learning Disability Team is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join a new team in Oxfordshire. You will undertake assessments, develop personalised support plans, and ensure individuals access the resources they need, while championing safeguarding and equality.

• You will hold a recognised Social Work qualification and maintain professional registration with Social Work England.
